• WOMEN'S SOCCER RELEASES 2010 SCHEDULE

    Weston, Mass.—Regis College women’s soccer will host 10 of its 19 games as stated in its regular season schedule that was released by the athletics department this week. Regis will kick-off the season at Lyndon State (Sept. 1), and host defending conference champion Endicott on October 9.

    WENHAM, MA. -- Gordon's women's soccer team celebrated Homecoming weekend in style, shutting out Regis 8-0 before a large and appreciative crowd estimated at close to 400 people. The Scots move to 6-7 on the season with the win and now have a 5-3 TCCC record. Regis falls to 1-10-1, and 0-8 in the conference. It was the most lopsided win by Gordon women's soccer since September 13, 2007, when Gordon defeated Eastern Nazarene 9-0.

Six different Endicott players scored to improve the Gulls to 2-3 (1-0 TCCC) this year while the Pride dropped to 0-2 (0-1 TCCC). Sophomore Colleen Pepin (Fairhaven, Mass.) led the way for Endicott as she netted three goals in the contest.
