In 2009 Regis College underwent construction of its new athletic fields consisting of a turf field surface for field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. As well, an eight-lane track surface was constructed around the fields, along with six new tennis courts, and softball diamond with lights.

Athletic Center:

Within the athletic building are the gymnasium, a first class athletic training room, and the pool. The Mary Carr Simone Fitness Center, which holds state of the art Cybex equipment, four flat screen HD televisions, and 11 pieces of cardio equipment, can also be found inside the building. In fall 2018, a new weight room was completed, giving student-athletes a place to conduct strength & conditioning workouts with their teammates under the supervision of certified strength & conditioning coaches.

Higgins Court:

The gymnasium received a face lift in 2016 with a new floor and design. It hosts our Pride men's basketball, women's basketball, men's volleyball, and women's volleyball teams, as well as our intramural sports programs, health and fitness classes, and various camps throughout the summer.

Regis Pool:

The athletic center contains a six-lane competition pool that is the home of the Regis College men's and women's swimming and diving programs. The pool is also open to students, faculty, staff, and members during open swim hours with a certified lifeguard on duty.

Mary Carr Simeone Fitness Center:

A much appreciated gift from the Simeone family, the fitness center is used by students, faculty, staff, and members to achieve optimal health. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment from Cybex. It also includes five HD televisions to accompany more than eight cardiovascular machines. A card swipe system is used to ensure the safety of all those that use the Center.

Weight Room:

The weight room, completed in fall 2018, was constructed within a space previously used as a dance studio. With the new room, strength & conditioning sessions can now involve more student-athletes at the same time, making it easier for coaches to conduct multiple workouts within a single room. The new weight room features Perform Better extreme half-cages, Keiser Infinity functional trainers, Perform Better foam plyo boxes, and brand new dumbbells, Olympic plates, trap bars, and safety squat bars. The room also includes Ecore athletic ultratile flooring.
