    The Regis College men's and women's swimming diving teams wrapped up the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday afternoon at Simmons College. The final day of the meet was rescheduled due to the snow storm last Sunday.

    Regis College sophomore Kiet Luong (Malden, Mass.) has been named this week's Great Northeast Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week and the Corvias Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III New England Swimmer of the Week while teammate Nick Rainville (Reading, Mass.) has been named the NECC and Corvias ECAC Rookie of the Week it was announced on Monday and Wednesday Afternoon. Luong and Rainville helped lead the Pride to a 7th place finish at the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Championships (NEISDA) Championships this past weekend.

    The Regis College Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving shipped off to Simmons College on Saturday afternoon to take part in a tri-meet with the Men squaring off against Colby-Sawyer College and the Women taking on the host Sharks. The Men earned a 145.50-81.50 victory over the Chargers while the Women were defeated by the Sharks 197-54.

    Regis College sophomore swimmer Kiet Luong (Malden, Mass.) has been named this week’s Great Northeast Athletic Conference Swimmer of the week it was announced on Monday afternoon. Luong led the Pride men with 36 points this past weekend and set a few conference and school records as the team took second place at the championships. This is the second time this season Luong has earned Swimmer of the Week honors.

    The Regis College Swimming & Diving teams competed in two days of competition at Holmes Sports Center as Simmons College hosted the 2014 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship this past weekend. The women tied their finish from last year by placing in second place while the men outdid their third place rank from 2013 by finishing in second.

Graf (Newton, Mass.) has been named this week’s Great Northeast Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week while teammate Nick Rainville (Reading, Mass.) has been named the Rookie of the Week it was announced on Monday Afternoon. Graf and Rainville helped lead the Pride to a 152-79 victory over St. Joseph’s College of Maine this past weekend. Also named to the GNAC weekly honor roll were Shannan O'Neil (Lowell, Mass.) and Ashlyn Deroche (North Reading, Mass.). Both swimmers took home a combined five first place finishes in the Pride's 147.5-102.5 win against the Monks

    The Regis College Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving teams traveled to Standish, Maine to take on St. Joseph’s College of Maine in a dual meet on Saturday afternoon. Both Pride squads won as the women defeated the Monks 147.5-102.5 and the men’s squad also captured a victory, 152-79.

Graf and Rainville helped lead the Pride to a 113-113 draw with Bridgewater State University this past weekend.
