WESTON, Mass. – Regis College sophomore swimmer Kiet Luong (Malden, Mass.) has been named the Corvias Division III New England Eastern College Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week, it was announced on Wednesday morning.

Luong was the top individual scorer at the GNAC Men's Invitational after scoring 36 points for the Pride. The sophomore turned in first-place finishes in the 200-yard individual medley (2:03.15), 50-fly (23.54), 100-back (54.72) and 200-fly (2:03.94). Luong was also part of a 400-medley relay team (3:44.27) and 800-free relay (7:20.75) that set new GNAC records

The Swimming & Diving teams return to the pool after the winter break when they travel back to Simmons for a meet with Colby-Sawyer on January 17th at 1:00 p.m.
