Bradley, Kalinowski, and Micklon Earn GNAC Weekly Honors

WINTHROP, Mass. - Three Regis track and field athletes earned Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly honors as Tori Bradley (Dracut, Mass.) was named Women's Field Athlete of the Week, while Conrad Kalinowski (London, England) and Grace Micklon (Salem, N.H.) were named Men's and Women's Rookie of the Week, announced Monday afternoon, April 3, by the league office.

At the Tufts Snowflake Classic on Saturday, Bradley placed sixth in the hammer throw with a mark of 33.58 meters (110' 2") and 13th in the javelin throw at 22.72 meters (74' 6"). It was Bradley's first time competing in the javelin throw at the collegiate level and her efforts were strong enough to move her to fourth on the GNAC performance list in the event.

Kalinowski finished in a tie for third place in the pole vault at the Tufts Snowflake Classic after clearing 4.15 meters (13' 7.25"). Kalinowski's performance in the event broke the Regis outdoor record in the pole vault. He also anchored the Regis 4x100 meter relay to victory, posting an overall time of 45.31 seconds, now first on the GNAC performance list.

Micklon tied the Regis outdoor record in the high jump at the Tufts Snowflake Classic, clearing 1.42 meters (4' 7.75") to finish in a tie for seventh place in the event.

The Regis College track and field team is back in action hosting the Regis Spring Classic on Thursday, April 6, beginning at 10 a.m.
