    The Regis College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams finished their seasons on a strong note as they upended Bridgewater State and Husson during a Senior Day dual meet Saturday morning. The Pride men defeated Husson by a score of 192-25 and Bridgewater State by a 173-96 margin. The Regis women earned a 183-65 win over the Eagles and a 159-92 decision over the Bears.

    Regis College sophomore swimmer Nick Rainville (Reading, Mass.) has been named this week’s Great Northeast Athletic Conference Corvias Swimmer of the Week while freshman Joshua Unas (Santa Clarita, Calif.) earned Rookie of the Week honors it was announced on Monday Afternoon. This is the second time this season Unas has received Rookie of the Week honors.

    The Elms College men’s and women’s swim teams fell to visiting Regis College in a dual meet at Partyka Natatorium Saturday afternoon. The Pride women’s team grabbed a 157-90 win over the Blazers, while the Elms men’s squad was edged 137-102 by Regis.

    Junior Kiet Luong (Malden, Mass.) and freshman Joshua Unas (Santa Clara, Calif.) each scored 27 points with three first place finishes apiece to lead the Regis College men’s swimming team to a 144-74 victory over visiting Colby-Sawyer College this afternoon in Weston, Mass. The Pride improve to a perfect 6-0, while the Chargers fall to 0-4.

Bastianelli and Unas helped lead the Pride to 114-111 victory against Bridgewater State University on Saturday.

The Pride men earned a 114-111 victory over the host Bears while the Pride women defeated Eastern Connecticut State University 111-93, but lost a 115-111 matchup to Bridgewater State.

    The Regis College men’s and women’s swimming & diving team opened up the 2015-16 campaign with a trip up to Biddeford, Maine to take on the University of New England on Saturday afternoon. Both teams split their head to head competition with the Pride men earning the 139-45 victory over the Nor’Easters while the women dropped a 154-97 decision.
