WESTON, Mass. – Regis College junior Kiet Luong (Malden, Mass.) has been named this week's Great Northeast Athletic Conference Corvias Swimmer of the Week on Monday Afternoon. This is the second time this season Luong has received Swimmer of the Week honors.

Luong had a strong day in the pool as he placed first in three individual events. He won the 50 yard backstroke with a time of 27.96, the 500 yard freestyle in 22.76 and completed the 100 yard free style in 50.59. Regis defeated Gordon College 141-109 on Saturday.

The Regis College Swimming & Diving team returns to the pool this weekend as they host St. Joseph's College of Maine on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
