Weston, Mass.—Regis College women’s lacrosse head coach Elizabeth Conant recently announced the addition of Meghan Ryan (Stow, Mass./Nashoba Regional) to her list of incoming athletes.

Weston, Mass.—Regis College Director of Athletics, Marybeth Lamb, recently announced the addition of Liz Conant to the athletics staff as head coach of women’s soccer and lacrosse.

Weston, Mass.—It was cold that Tuesday afternoon, rainy even. But neither would stop the first-year men’s lacrosse program from taking the field against Daniel Webster. The Pride battled from the opening whistle, scoring the first goal, and giving the Eagles a run for all its worth.

NEWPORT, R.I. – Junior Nichole Viola (Scarborough, Maine) scored seven goals while three others potted three goals each to lead the Salve Regina University women’s lacrosse team to a 23-1 win over Regis (Mass.) College in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) action Monday afternoon at a wet and rainy Lawrence Avenue field.

Weston, Mass.—Colby-Sawyer College (5-10, 4-6 TCCC) started off slow against The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Regis College (1-12, 0-10 TCCC) Saturday, but cruised to a 21-6 victory.

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott College’s Valerie Feldman (Albany, N.Y.) handed out a career-high eight assists and also added a goal as the Gulls defeated Regis College, 22-0, on Saturday morning in The Commonwealth Coast Conference women’s lacrosse action in Beverly, Mass. The Blue and Green improve to a perfect 9-0 in the TCCC and 11-3 overall while Regis drops to 1-10 and 0-8 in conference games.

Weston, Mass.—The University of New England (9-2, 7-1 TCCC) scored 13 goals in the first half against conference foe Regis College (1-9, 0-7 TCCC) to win 17-2 Tuesday afternoon. The Nor’easters Angel Jarmusz (Naperville, Ill.) scored four goals, a team-high, in the first half.

Weston, Mass.—Going into its upcoming conference match-up against the University of New England (8-2, 6-1 TCCC) Tuesday, Regis College (1-8, 0-6 TCCC) is coming off a 1-1 week. Having defeated Elms College Thursday, the Pride lost to a tough New England College program 21-4.

Weston, Mass.—Regis College (1-7, 0-5 TCCC) captured its first win of the 2010 season defeating Elms College (0-8, 0-2 NEWLA) 17-5 Thursday evening. Teresa Crevier (Milford, Mass.) led the Pride with a season-high eight goals.

Weston, Mass.—Freshman Katie Palasz (Granby, Mass.) scored four goals for New England College (6-5, 4-2 TCCC) in the first 15:00 minutes of its game versus Regis College Saturday. The Pilgrims defeated Regis College 21-4, to improve in The Commonwealth Coast Conference standings.

Weston, Mass.—Regis College (0-5, 0-3 TCCC) tallied one goal versus its The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Roger Williams University (3-3. 2-1 TCCC) as the Pride fell 12-1 to the Hawks Saturday. Regis’ solo goal was scored by Teresa Crevier (Milford, Mass.), her 14th goal of the season for Regis.

On Sunday, March 28, 2010, Regis College Women’s Lacrosse kicked off the 2010 Friends of Jaclyn (FOJ) Week. The Regis players wore their official FOJ t-shirts during game warm-ups (see photo) prior to the start of the game versus Husson College.

Weston, Mass.—Teresa Crevier (Milford, Mass.) scored two goals for Regis College (0-5, 0-3 TCCC) in a 21-3 loss to Husson College (2-1-1) Sunday. Crevier leads Regis with 11 goals on the season.

DUDLEY, Mass. (March 27) – The Nichols College women’s lacrosse team scored five first-half goals and held off a late attack by the Regis Pride to win its first The Commonwealth Coast Conference game of the season, 9-7, Saturday afternoon on Vendetti Field. Nichols improves to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in TCCC action, while Regis still searches for its first win of the year at 0-4 and 0-2 in conference play.

PAXTON, Mass. – Katie Schebel (Ludlow, Mass.) set the school record for points (10) and goals (8) in a match, as the Anna Maria College women's lacrosse team captured the program’s first-ever The Commonwealth Coast Conference victory with a 15-8 win over the Pride of Regis College. Schebel also finished with an impressive seven draw controls and five ground balls to help improve the AMCATS to 2-5 (1-2 TCCC) on the season, while Regis falls to 0-3 (0-2 TCCC).
