CREVIER AND OROZCO TALLY THREE GOALS EACH

Weston, Mass.—Colby-Sawyer College (5-10, 4-6 TCCC) started off slow against The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Regis College (1-12, 0-10 TCCC) Saturday, but cruised to a 21-6 victory.

Regis’ Teresa Crevier (Milford, Mass.) and Evonne Orozco (Waltham, Mass.) scored the games first two goals. Down 0-2, Colby-Sawyer added its first score at 23:30 with a goal from Hannah Cullen (Penacook, NH). It was Cullen’s only score for the day, but collected four groundballs, won a draw control, and created two turnovers.

Crevier tallied three goals for Regis, and collected 11 groundballs. She is currently team leader in both categories. Orozco had the teams other three goals, and had four groundballs.

Regis managed just 10 shots against Colby-Sawyer keeper Ekta Sampson (Hyde Park, Vt.).

Colby-Sawyer’s Samantha Draper (Duxbury, Mass.) had a team-high four goals. Sophomores Brittany Murphy (Woburn, Mass.) and Lyndsay French (Ipswich, Mass.) each contributed three goals apiece.

One of Murphy’s scores was on a free position goal. Murphy also had six groundballs. French won four draw controls, and collected five groundballs. Colby-Sawyer had 13 different players tally at least a goal in the game.

Regis played a controlled game, but the Colby-Sawyer took charge as the game progressed. As a team, Colby-Sawyer had 20 shots on goal.

Regis will bring its season to a close April 26 when the Pride travels to Salve Regina. Colby-Sawyer will close the regular season hosting Nichols College April 26.
