The Regis Women's Volleyball program has seen significant growth and improvement. In 2012 and 2013, the team appeared in back-to-back New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Championship matches. The Pride appeared in a third straight NECC Championships match and took home their first league title in 2014, while finishing with the best record in program history. Regis remained dominant in the NECC during 2015 as they won their second conference championship in four years and finished the season undefeated in conference play. In 2016, the team won its third consecutive NECC championship in its final season in the conference.
In 2023, the team won a program-record 26 matches and advanced to the championship match of the GNAC Tournament, hosting the title contest against rival Lasell in front of a standing room-only crowd.
