As a Sophomore (2019-20):
GNAC Champion (200 Medley Relay) ... At GNAC Championships, swam third leg of victorious 200 medley relay with 50 fly split of 27.88 seconds, plus finished fifth in 100 individual medley (1:06.08), seventh in 100 butterfly (1:03.38), and eighth in 50 butterfly (28.75) ... Also swam third leg in 200 freestyle relay and 400 medley relay that both finished second ... At NEISDA Championships, finished 10th in 100 butterfly (1:04.42), 13th in 100 individual medley (1:06.93/1:07.27), and 17th in 50 butterfly (29.17) ... Also swam third leg of fourth place 400 medley relay as well as 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay that both finished fifth.

As a Freshman (2018-19):
At GNAC Championships, finished third in 50 fly (28.05) and 200 fly (2:23.41/2:24.09) as well as fourth in 100 fly (1:02.82/1:02.93) and sixth in one-meter diving (159.65) ... Also part of 200 free relay (26.37 - 50 free split) and 400 medley relay (1:01.84 - 100 fly split) that finished in second place ... At NEISDA Championships, finished eighth in 100 fly (1:02.29/1:02.33), 11th in 200 fly (2:22.37), and 13th in 50 fly (27.94/28.13), plus part of top-eight finishes in 200 free relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 medley relay. 

Prep:
Lancisi was a three-sport athlete at Milford High School, competing in cross country, swimming, and lacrosse. She was a captain of all three teams during her senior year. In swimming, she was a three-time Hockomock League All-Star as well as a two-time Daily News All-Star and team MVP. She also received the team's Most Dedicated Award in 2015-16. 

Club:
Lancisi participated with the Hockomock Area YMCA (HAY) Swim Team for three years. In 2017-18, she received the James Horne Award and the Most Improved Award.

Personal:
Lancisi was born in Milford, Mass. She is the oldest daughter of Mark and Michelle Lancisi. She has a younger brother named Joey and a younger sister named Kayla. She is majoring in nursing.
