NASHUA, N.H.Claire Ramonas (Portland, Maine) notched a game-high 15 points, adding nine rebounds, and Alyssa Vieira-Lanpher (Princeton, Mass.) added 13 off the bench guiding Regis past host Daniel Webster, 65-48 Tuesday in a NECC matchup at Mario Vagge Gymnasium.

Emilee Marro (Bedford, N.H.) added 11 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and three steals as the Pride never trailed in improving to 13-4 overall (10-0 NECC).

Ashley England (Old Town, Maine) led the Eagles (7-9, 5-5 NECC) with 13 points while Katherine Johnson (Manchester, N.H.) notched 11 points with eight caroms and Jennifer Fredericks (Beacon Falls, Conn.) chipped in with 10 points and eight rebounds.

Natalie Nagle (Dolgeville, N.Y.) pulled down a team-best nine boards for the hosts. Regis shot 49-percent in the opening half to build a 38-24 lead at the break while the Eagles struggled from the field all night, finishing 26-percent overall.

Regis finished with a 43-41 advantage in total rebounding and posted a decisive 44-18 advantage for points in the paint.

DWC pulled the deficit within 10 (40-30) behind a 6-0 run over the opening five minutes of the second half but went cold from there hitting just one field goal over the next four and a half minutes. Regis took advantage by posting a 14-3 run that pushed the lead out to 21 after a Vieira-Lanpher steal and layup with 9:40 left and the hosts would not pull closer than 18 the rest of the way.

Regis returns to action on Saturday afternoon when they host Bay Path College in a 1:00 p.m. contest.
