2024-25:
Indoor: First Team All-GNAC (Weight Throw)...At the GNAC Indoor Championships set personal best in the shot put (11.88m) and was indivudal weight throw champion with a mark of 14.13 meters.
Outdoor: First Team All-GNAC (Hammer Throw)...At GNAC Outdoor Championships took home individual champion honor in the hammer throw with a 40.74 meter toss and set personal-best in discuss (35.44m)...Set personal best in 100m (12.24) at Silfen Invitational.
2023-24:
Indoor: All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, finished second in weight throw with mark of 12.92 meters (42' 4.75") and third in 60 meter hurdles with time of 9.05 seconds ... Qualified for New England Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships in weight throw.
Outdoor: All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, finished third in hammer throw with mark of 34.96 meters (114' 8"), fourth in 110 meter hurdles with time of 16.65 seconds, and fifth in discus throw at 33.39 meters (109' 6") ... Also took part in team's 4x100 meter relay that finished third with overall time of 45.32 seconds.
2022-23:
Indoor: All-GNAC (60m Hurdles) ... GNAC Field Athlete of the Week (Jan. 9) ... At GNAC Championships, finished third in 60 meter hurdles in 9.43 seconds ... Also ran third leg of 4x400 meter relay that finished fourth and finished eighth in shot put with mark of 9.53 meters (31' 3.25").
Outdoor: GNAC Men's Outdoor Track & Field All-Sportsmanship Team ... All-GNAC (110 Meter Hurdles, Hammer Throw) ... At GNAC Championships, finished second in hammer throw at 32.78 meters (107' 6"), third in 110 meter hurdles in 17.36 seconds, sixth in discus throw at 26.31 meters (86' 4"), and eighth in shot put at 8.74 meters (28' 8.25") ... At Regis Pre-Conference Meet, finished third in hammer throw at 32.01 meters (105' 0") and fifth in discus throw at 33.35 meters (109' 5").
2021-22:
Indoor: GNAC Men's Indoor Track & Field All-Sportsmanship Team ... At GNAC Indoor Championships, finished sixth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.66 seconds ... Also finished 10th in the weight throw with mark of 7.84 meters (25' 8.75").
Outdoor: At GNAC Outdoor Championships, finished fifth in 110 meter hurdles with time of 17.45 seconds, fifth in discus throw with mark of 28.79 meters (94' 5"), and fifth in hammer throw with mark of 23.13 meters (75' 11") ... Won hammer throw at Regis Pre-Conference Meet at 28.51 meters (93' 6"), plus finished third in 110 meter hurdles in 18.13 seconds.
