The Regis College men's lacrosse team suffered a 10-7 setback in the New England Collegiate Conference Semifinals to Becker College on Wednesday night at Alumni Field. The win lifts the Hawks record to 7-8 while the Pride fall to 8-6.

The Regis College Men’s Lacrosse Team grabbed the #3 seed in the first ever New England Collegiate Conference Championship Tournament it was announced Monday afternoon.

HAWKS STUN PRIDE IN OT-THRILLER, 9-8

Becker College scored five goals in the final five minutes of the fourth quarter to erase an 8-3 deficit, and Avyay Chaganty (Bridgewater, N.J.) scored the game winner 1:09 into overtime to lead the Hawks to a stunning 9-8 victory over Regis College on Saturday afternoon in New England Collegiate Conference men's lacrosse action.

MARINERS BEST PRIDE, 13-9

The Regis College men’s lacrosse team was outscored 7-2 in the second half as the Pride dropped a New England Collegiate Conference match against Mitchell College 13-9 on Saturday afternoon. With the loss the Pride fall to 8-4, 1-1 NECC and with the victory the Mariners improve to 5-7, 3-0 NECC.

Regis College senior attack Peter Leighton (Wilmington, Mass.) has been named this week's New England Collegiate Conference men's lacrosse Player of the Week, while teammate Calvin Brault (Colchester, Vt.) has been named the Rookie of the Week, it was announced Monday morning.

Mount Ida College defeated host Regis College, 24-6, in a non-conference men's lacrosse matchup on Friday night in Weston, Mass. The Mustangs have now won six-straight to improve to 7-4 overall while Regis drops to 8-3 with the setback.

Regis College defeated Daniel Webster College, 23-8, in a New England Collegiate Conference men's lacrosse game on a cold and rainy Wednesday night in Weston, Mass. The Pride improves to 8-2 overall and 1-0 in the NECC, while the Eagles fall to 4-5 and 0-2 in league games.

Salem State University scored four goals in the third quarter to pull away for a 13-6 victory over Regis College in a non-conference men's lacrosse game on Wednesday night in Weston, Mass. The Vikings improve to 6-2 overall and have won six-straight games, while the Pride had their five game winning-streak snapped and fall to 7-2.

RODRIGO'S LATE HEROICS LEADS PRIDE TO OT WIN

Regis College sophomore Nicky Rodrigo (Miami, Fla.) scored the game-tying goal with five seconds remaining before burying the game-winner in overtime to lead the Pride to a 9-8 win over Johnson and Wales University on Saturday afternoon.

WIN STREAK REACHES FOUR, PRIDE CLAW FALCONS

The Regis College men’s lacrosse team beat Albertus Magnus 16-4 during a rain soaked affair on Thursday afternoon on Celentano Field in New Haven, Conn. With the victory, the Pride improve to 6-1 on the year and with the loss, the Falcons remain win-less at 0-6. The win was the Crimson and Gold’s fourth straight.

Junior Nicky Rodrigo (Miami, Fla.) scored a game-high five goals to lead the Regis College men’s lacrosse team to a 15-4 win against the AMCATS of Anna Maria College on Tuesday afternoon in non-conference action.
