Pride Compete at Tufts Snowflake Classic

MEET RESULTS

MEDFORD, Mass. -The Regis College Women's Track and Field team traveled to Medford, Massachusetts, to compete in the Tufts Snowflake Classic, hosted by Tufts University, where they finished tied for 13th place with Brandeis University in the 20-team meet.

On the track, Aubrey Heise secured a seventh-place finish in the 400m with a time of 1:05.43, while Emily Aho (Pelham, N.H.) placed in the top ten of the 100m hurdles, clocking in at 19.57. The women's 4x100 relay team of Aleyo Amasa-Titus (Georgetown, Mass.), Janet Amasa-Titus (Georgetown, Mass.), Olivia Dench (Center Moriches, N.Y.), and Abigail Kilbride (Peabody, Mass.) claimed fourth place with a time of 53.29.

In the field events, Aleyo Amasa-Titus achieved a personal best in the triple jump with a mark of 10.24m, earning her third place. She also narrowly missed a top-ten finish in the long jump with a leap of 4.62m. Graduate student, Katie Kelley (Stoneham, Mass.) also competed in the triple jump, recording a mark of 8.30m to finish ninth.

The Pride will remain home this week as they host the Regis Classic on Friday, April 4, on the campus of Regis College, where the team will honor its seniors following the meet.
