As a Junior (2019-20):
At GNAC Championships, finished fifth in 1650 freestyle (19:54.47), sixth in 200 breaststroke (2:42.75/2:43.39), and seventh in 500 freestyle (5:45.61), plus swam third leg of 400 freestyle relay (3:52.24) ... At NEISDA Championships, finished 10th in 400 individual medley (5:04.09), 12th in 1650 freestyle (19:49.55), and 14th in 1000 freestyle (11:48.54), plus swam second leg in eighth-place 800 freestyle relay (8:35.84).
As a Sophomore (2018-19):
Academic All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, finished fourth in 400 IM (5:04.92), fifth in 200 breaststroke (2:44.36), sixth in 1000 free (11:32.80), and seventh in 500 free (5:37.41/5:38.31) ... Also posted 200 free split of 2:08.54 as part of second-place 800 free relay ... At NEISDA Championships, finished seventh in 1000 free (11:24.12), 10th in 1650 free (19:15.61), and 12th in 500 free (5:34.34), plus posted 200 free split of 2:06.53 to help 800 free relay finish ninth.
Prep:
Bowie competed on the varsity swim team for four years at Lexington High School. In 2014, she was named a Middlesex League All-Star. She qualified for the state championships all four years and scored points at each of those state meets.
Club:
Bowie participated with the North Shore Swim Club for seven years.
Personal:
Bowie was born in Waltham, Mass. She is the youngest daughter of Shanna and Paul Bowie. She has an older brother named Bryce. She is majoring in nursing.
