Regis Outstanding Male Junior Student-Athlete of the Year
Indoor: All GNAC Second Team (Long Jump, Triple Jump)...All-GNAC Third Team (Weight Throw, Shot Put)...GNAC Field Athlete of the Week (Jan. 19)...Set two personal bests at GNAC Indoor Championships in shot put (11.94m) and weight throw (11.99m).
Outdoor: All GNAC First Team (Long Jump)...All-GNAC Second-Team (Triple Jump)...All-GNAC Third Team (4x100M)...At Regis Spring Classic set new school record in the long jump with mark of 6.76 meters and personal best in the hammer throw (24.11m)...Took home GNAC Individual Champion in long jump (6.65m).

2023-24: Regis Outstanding Male Sophomore Student-Athlete of the Year ... Academic All-GNAC
Indoor: GNAC Field Athlete of the Year ... GNAC Champion in Long Jump and Triple Jump ... All-GNAC ... All-New England in Heptathlon ... GNAC Field Athlete of the Week (Jan. 29) ... At GNAC Championships, won long jump with mark of 6.44 meters (21' 1.5") and triple jump with mark of 12.86 meters (42' 2.25") ... Also finished second in pole vault at 3.10 meters (10' 2"), fourth in high jump at 1.75 meters (5' 8.75"), and fifth in 60 meter dash at 7.38 seconds (preliminary time of 7.37 seconds) ... At New England Division III Championships, finished fifth in heptathlon with school-record score of 4,008 points, including personal-best marks of 6.60 meters (21' 8") in the long jump and 10.33 meters (33' 10.75") in the shot put. 
Outdoor: GNAC Field Athlete of the Year ... GNAC Champion in Long Jump, Triple Jump, and Pole Vault ... All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, won long jump at 6.32 meters (20' 9"), pole vault at 3.80 meters (12' 5.5"), and triple jump with school-record mark of 13.39 meters (43' 11.25") ... Also finished third in high jump at 1.77 meters (5' 9.75"), fifth in javelin throw with personal-best mark of 40.24 meters (132' 0"), seventh in discus throw at 32.50 meters (106' 7"), and 10th in 100 meter dash in 11.67 seconds ... Qualified for New England Division III Outdoor Championships in triple jump, where he pladed 13th.

Indoor: GNAC Champion in Triple Jump (12.75m) ... All-GNAC (Long Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault) ... GNAC Male Field Athlete of the Week (Dec. 5) ... GNAC Male Rookie of the Week (Dec. 5) ... At GNAC Championships, won triple jump with mark of 12.75 meters (41' 10") ... Also finished second in long jump with mark of 6.22 meters (20' 5"), second in pole vault after clearing 2.80 meters (9' 2.25"), and third in high jump after clearing 1.80 meters (5' 10.75").
Outdoor: GNAC Field Rookie of the Year ... GNAC Champion in Long Jump (6.21m) and Triple Jump (12.52m) ... All-GNAC (High Jump) ... GNAC Men's Track & Field Rookie of the Week (April 10) ... At GNAC Championships, won long jump at 6.21 meters (20' 4.5") and triple jump at 12.52 meters (41' 1"), plus finished third in high jump at 1.75 meters (5' 8.75"), fourth in pole vault at 2.30 meters (7' 6.5"), eighth in discus throw at 24.63 meters (80' 10"), and ninth in javelin throw at 29.74 meters (97' 7") ... Also part of 4x100 meter relay that finished third with overall time of 45.39 seconds ... At Regis Spring Classic, won high jump after clearing 1.80 meters (5' 10.75") and long jump with mark of 6.44 meters (21' 1.5"), plus finished fourth in 100 meter dash in 11.71 seconds.
