Angela Santa Fe was named the 10th head women's basketball coach in program history in August of 2013 and has since had unprecedented success at the helm of the Pride. After the 2019-20 season, Santa Fe holds an overall record of 132-60 (.688), second on the all-time list for wins by a women's basketball head coach at Regis College.

Mixing several experienced players with talented newcomers, including GNAC Rookie of the Year Pam Gonzalez, Santa Fe led the Pride to a 15-12 record in 2019-20, including an 8-3 mark within the GNAC to finish in a tie for third place in the league standings. Santa Fe was named GNAC Coach of the Year as the team advanced to the semifinals of the GNAC Tournament for the first time since joining the league.

Dealing with inexperience and various injuries throughout the 2018-19 campaign, Santa Fe still led the Pride to double figures in victories for the 12th straight season. The team finished in a tie for fifth in the GNAC standings and qualified for the GNAC Tournament for the second straight year.

Santa Fe has guided the Pride to six league titles and three NCAA Tournament berths. The program has continued to thrive under her tutelage as she guided the Pride to what would turn out to be an NCAA Division III record 118 consecutive conference wins. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed having been named the NECC's Coach of the Year in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and on Jan. 20, 2018 she picked up her 100th career win with a 58-50 victory over Suffolk.

Also in 2018, Santa Fe oversaw the completion of the career of Brittany Stone, who became the program's all-time leading scorer as she finished with 1,833 career points. Stone also holds the Regis records for most points in a single season, most points in a single game, highest field goal percentage in a career and a single season, and most career blocked shots.

Prior to taking the reigns of the program, she served two seasons as the Pride's assistant coach under Julie Plant. While as an assistant, the Pride made its first NCAA Tournament appearance since the 1995-1996 season. She served as the women's basketball program's recruiting coordinator and also coordinated all team travel, film exchange, fundraising and community service. On the floor, Santa Fe was responsible for all post play development as well as scouting reports and practice plans.

Prior to Regis, Santa Fe spent a year as an assistant on the University of Southern Maine women's basketball team after graduating from USM in 2011. She was a three-year member of the program, helping lead the Huskies to three-straight NCAA Tournament appearances including an appearance in the 2006 NCAA Championship Game and a Sweet 16 bid in 2007. She scored 551 points (6.8 ppg) and grabbed 262 rebounds (3.2 rpg) in her three years in Gorham, Maine.

An adept shooter, Santa Fe finished her career with an outstanding 47.3 percent (205-433) mark from the field and 551 points in 84 career games. She served as one of the team's captains in 2007-2008.
