Freshman: Indoor: Placed 11th (11.85m) in the shot put at the Reggie Poyau Invitational. Outdoor: Won the discus (37.16m) at the GNAC Championships while also placing third (12.42m) in the shot put and fourth (36.50m) in the hammer throw...won the discus (40.00m) at the Penmen Relays.

Cole is a 2017 graduate of Falmouth High School in Falmouth, Maine...was a varsity letterwinner on the Yachtsmen track team...was named his team's most improved player in 2015...placed seventh in the Class A State meet in the discus
