WESTON, Mass. – Sophomore Olivia Foley (Andover, Mass.) of the women's volleyball team has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week, as announced by the conference offices earlier this morning. Foley led her team to a 2-0 week, with consecutive 3-0 victories over Becker and Elms.

The sophomore outside hitter registered seven kills, six digs, and a solo block on Tuesday against Becker. Foley followed that up with another standout performance on Saturday against Elms, where she posted 10 kills and added one dig.

The Pride, winners of three straight, have clawed their way into fifth place with two regular season conference matches left. The team will be back in action at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24th against Daniel Webster.
