WESTON, Mass. – Regis College freshman setter Tina Lathrop (Houston, Texas.) has been named this week's Corvias Eastern College Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Co-Rookie of the Week for the New England region, it was announced on Thursday.

Lathrop helped lead the Pride to a 3-0 mark in games this week, including a pair of NECC wins and the top spot in the NECC standings. Lathrop had 30 assists and 14 digs in a 3-0 win over Lesley, and followed that up with 43 assists and four digs against Newbury. She wrapped up the week with 31 assists and nine digs in a 3-0 win over Wentworth in non-league action. For the week, Lathrop averaged 11.56 assists per set and 3.0 digs per set as well.

Regis will host the NECC Semifinals and Championship match this upcoming weekend. The Pride will have a bye before taking on the winner of the Daniel Webster College/Becker College game for a semifinals matchup on Saturday, November 7th with game-time set for 5:00 p.m.
