WESTON, Mass. – Regis College freshman Gracie Molinari (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.,) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Week in women's volleyball; it was announced on Monday afternoon. This is the second time Molinari has earned the award this season.

Molinari helped lead the Pride to their first NECC win of the year over Southern Vermont in a tri-match on Saturday. Molinari posted 15 kills and a pair of digs in a 3-0 sweep of the Mountaineers. She followed that up with eight kills and a pair of blocks in a 3-0 setback to Worcester State.

Molinari also ranks fourth in the conference in kills per set with 2.76.

The Pride return to the court on Tuesday night when Regis travels to Bay Path University for an 8:00 p.m. contest against the Wildcats.
