Megan Phelps joined the Women’s Basketball staff for her first season in 2015. Prior to Regis, she attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Me.

In her first season with Regis, Megan helped coach the women's basketball team to its fifth consecutive undefeated NECC regular season and fourth consecutive NECC championship. The team topped the nation on the boards and was named the NCAA Statistical Champion in rebounding margin, out-rebounding its opponents by an average of 16 boards per game.

As a player, Megan was a two-year captain at Bowdoin, appearing in 91 games. She amassed 696 points and 513 rebounds while helping to lead the Polar Bears to three NCAA tournament appearances, including two Sweet Sixteen runs.

While at Bowdoin, she also served as an intern in both the Athletic and Alumni Relations offices, as well as a Special Olympics mentor. She continues to serve as a board member for the Polar Bear Athletic Fund.
