BRADLEY NETS NEWBA WEEKLY HONOR

WESTON, Mass. – For the second time this season, junior guard Janaya Bradley (New Haven, Conn.) of the Regis College women's basketball team has been named to the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) weekly Honor Roll, it was announced on Monday afternoon. Bradley helped lead the Pride to a two win week after averaging 17.5 points and 8.5 rebounds.

Bradley poured in a career high 22 points, including 4 three-pointers, while also adding eight rebounds, three assists, and one steal in a 72-44 win over Mitchell on Thursday. The victory marked Regis' 50th consecutive regular season New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) win. Bradley added 13 points, nine rebounds, four assists, and one steal in a 62-47 win over Newbury on Saturday.

Through 22 games this season, Bradley is currently averaging 11.8 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game. She and the rest of the Pride (18-4, 15-0 NECC) welcome Daniel Webster on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. conference game.
