WESTON, Mass. – The Regis College women's basketball team volunteered their time and services at the Miles for Hope 5k held on May 5th in Boston, Mass. The event helped raise money for brain cancer research.

The Pride basketball team helped out the event by manning the registration tables while coming in early to help with setup and staying to help breakdown the event. The Miles for Hope 5k raised over $72,000, surpassing its goal of $65,000.
