CRAWFORD AND PAGE NAMED TO ALL-TCCC TEAM

Weston, Mass.—The Commonwealth Coast Conference released the names of its women’s basketball all-TCCC team members as voted on by the coaches of the respective conference schools Tuesday. Regis’ Stephanie Crawford (Rockland, Mass.) and Jessica Page (Quincy, Mass.) were mentioned as second and first team members respectively.

Crawford, in her second-year with the program, has averaged 11.4 points per game in the 25 games she has seen action. She holds the top spot in assists, with a total of 106 (4.24 APG).

Crawford also leads the team with the highest free throw percentage, shooting a solid 75.2 percent from the charity stripe.

Page, a senior, has led the way for Regis averaging 15.9 PPG, and snagging 7.9 RPG. She is 20 points from becoming Regis’ all-time leading scorer. Page has been an integral member of the Pride’s turnaround in recent years.

Her leadership has helped put Regis in the playoffs for the last three seasons.

No. 6 Regis College will host No. 3 Wentworth Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. in TCCC quarterfinal play. Regis defeated the Leopards earlier in the season 54-47.
