REGIS VOLLEYBALL HOSTS CHARITY TOURNAMENT

WESTON, Mass. - The Regis College men's and women's volleyball teams hosted a charity volleyball tournament Thursday night to raise money for Walk So They Can Run, an annual walk to benefit the Bakhita House in Boston.

The tournament consisted of nine teams and raised a total of $180. The men's and women's volleyball players will present the donation when they participate in the Health and Wellness Walk on Wedneday, April 29.

Founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph, the Bakhita House is safe house dedicated to providing awareness and shelter for victims of human trafficking. This is Regis College's fourth year raising money for the Bakhita House, established by the Sisters of St. Joseph.
