WESTON, Mass.—In its inaugural edition of its athletes of the week, the Regis College Athletics Department has chosen Julie Endara (women’s volleyball) and Josh Fidalgo (men’s soccer) as the designated recipients for their play during the week of Sept. 13-19.

Angelica “Julie” Endara (Boca Raton, Fla./Boca Raton) played in three contests for Regis College. Endara helped the Pride capture a set win against its conference rival Endicott College (Sept. 18) at the University of New England Saturday.

Against the three teams Regis played last week (Becker, Endicott, and the University of New England), Endara averaged 8.3 kills/game, finishing with a .172 hitting percentage. She had better than 11.6 digs per game, and posted an average of two service aces per game.

Josh Fidalgo (Dorchester, Mass./Boston College) scored the first goal of the match in a 2-0 win versus Newbury College (Sept. 14). Fidalgo leads the team in goals this season with three total. In the six games he has made an appearance, Fidalgo has a team-high .375 shot percentage, and tied with six shots on goal. He also has a team-high .750 shots on goal percentage for Regis College.
