Regis Swim & Dive Teams Receive CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Honors

FALL 2022 CSCAA SCHOLAR ALL-AMERICA TEAMS ANNOUNCED

WESTON, Mass. - The Regis College men's and women's swimming and diving teams each received the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team Award for the Fall 2022 semester, announced Thursday, Feb. 2, by the national organization.

In order to achieve CSCAA Scholar All-America Team honors, a swimming and diving program must have earned a team grade point average of 3.00 or higher in the Fall 2022 semester/quarter. In total, 803 teams from 479 institutions across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III as well as the NAIA and NJCAA were recognized, representing 19,426 student-athletes.

The Regis College men were one of 141 Scholar All-America Teams in Division III after compiling a Fall 2022 grade point average of 3.37. The Pride are one of two Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) men's squads to receive the award along with the University of Saint Joseph.

The Regis College women were one of 184 Scholar All-America Teams in Division III thanks to a team grade point average of 3.06 for the Fall 2022 semester. In total, five GNAC programs were represented, including the top four teams at the recent GNAC Swimming and Diving Championships: Norwich University, Simmons University, Colby-Sawyer College, and University of Saint Joseph.
