Week of 11/16/15

Jeff Tagger Jr. (Brockton, Mass.) has been named this week's Regis Student-Athlete of the Week after helping lead the Pride to the 2015 Coaches vs. Cancer Greater Boston Shootout Championship this past weekend.

Tagger Jr. was named the Tournament MVP after scoring 16 points to go with seven rebounds, four assists, five steals, and a block in a 64-62 overtime win against Wentworth on Friday. He followed that up with seven points, four rebounds, six assists, and two more steals as the Pride defeated Emerson College, 67-65 in the Championship game Saturday night.

Jeff Tagger Jr. and the Regis men's basketball team return to action on Tuesday night when they travel to Colby-Sawyer College for a 7:00 p.m. game against the Chargers.
