Regis College junior forward Chris Leak Jr. (New Haven, Conn.) has been named this week's Regis College Student-Athlete of the Week after leading the Pride to their first conference win of the season.

Leak Jr. tallied a team-high 13 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the floor, snagged four rebounds and blocked one shot in 15 minutes off the bench in Regis' 62-42 victory over Newbury on Saturday afternoon. Three days prior, Leak Jr. recorded his second double-double of the season by scoring 10 points and grabbing a season-best 11 caroms in an 87-71 setback to UMass-Dartmouth.

The Crimson and Gold return to the hardwood Thursday evening when they welcome New England Collegiate Conference foe Becker College to campus for a 6:00 p.m. tip-off.
