Regis College sophomore forward Brittany Stone (West Bridgewater, Mass.) has been named this week's Regis College Student-Athlete of the Week after helping lead the Pride to a comeback victory over non-conference opponent Saint Joseph's (Me.) on Saturday afternoon.

Stone scored a team-best 20 points on 3-of-9 field goal shooting, but was extremely efficient from the free throw line as she converted 14-of-15 (93.3%) of her attempts including 7-of-8 (87.5%) in the final 6:03 of the contest when the Pride went on a 15-0 run to turn an eight point, 58-50 deficit into a seven point, 65-58 victory. Stone also snagged a game-high eight rebounds in the Regis win.

The Crimson and Gold return to the floor tomorrow evening when they travel to #24 nationally-ranked Bowdoin College for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off with the Polar Bears.
