WESTON, Mass. – For the second consecutive week Regis College sophomore Grace Politis (Billerica, Mass.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week in women's lacrosse, it was announced on Monday morning. Politis has helped lead the Pride to a 1-1 mark so far this season.

Grace Politis scored four goals and added a pair of assists in the Pride's 14-7 victory over the University of Dallas this past Saturday afternoon. Last season's NCAA Statistical Champion in goals per game is currently tied for the team-lead in goals at 10, and is second in assists (3) and points (13).

Politis and the Regis College Pride return to action on Wednesday night as the Crimson and Gold host Emmanuel College in their home opener at 6:00 p.m.
