The Regis College men's and women's swimming and diving teams have both been honored by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America as 2015 Spring CSCAA Scholar All-America Teams.

The Regis College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams had 10 members of their respective teams named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Conference Teams.

The Regis College swimming and diving program held their annual banquet last Friday. Team awards were presented as well as captains were named for the 2015-15 academic year.

Regis College freshman Jessica Higgins (Peabody, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year, it was announced on Wednesday morning by the league offices. Senior Haley Bowen (Litchfield, N.H.) was named to the GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team as well.

The Regis College men's and women's swimming diving teams wrapped up the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday afternoon at Simmons College. The final day of the meet was rescheduled due to the snow storm last Sunday.

The Regis College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams wrapped up their head-to-head meets schedule on Saturday afternoon at Eastern Connecticut State University in a meet with the Warriors and Bridgewater State University.

The Regis College men's and women's swimming and diving teams swept the Elms College Blazers in a dual meet on Friday night in Weston, Mass. The women posted a 139-109 victory over the Blazers, while the men were victorious 145-95.

PRIDE WOMEN COMPETE AGAINST THE SIMMONS SHARKS

The Regis College Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving shipped off to Simmons College on Saturday afternoon to take part in a tri-meet with the Men squaring off against Colby-Sawyer College and the Women taking on the host Sharks. The Men earned a 145.50-81.50 victory over the Chargers while the Women were defeated by the Sharks 197-54.

The Regis College Swimming & Diving teams competed in two days of competition at Holmes Sports Center as Simmons College hosted the 2014 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship this past weekend. The women tied their finish from last year by placing in second place while the men outdid their third place rank from 2013 by finishing in second.

The Regis College Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving teams both sit in second place after the first day of the 2014 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Swimming & Diving Championships hosted by Simmons College. The Pride men currently have 104 points, while the women scooped up 101.5 points on the day.
