PRIDE PRIMED FOR LIONS

Weston, Mass.---The Regis College women's soccer team is set to take on Eastern Nazarene College Tuesday (Oct. 10) at 4:30pm. The Pride enters the contest with an overall record of 3-12-1 and is 0-9-1 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference. The visiting Lions enter the contest with an overall record of 4-8-2 and are 2-7-1 in TCCC play.

Leading the Pride on offense is sophomore Michelle Sirois (Easton, Mass. / Oliver Ames) who has tallied seven goals on the season. Freshman Samantha Correia (Berlin, Mass. /Hudson) looks to add to her team high of seven assists on the season. On defense the Pride is led by junior Kara Sharples (Pawtucket, RI/St. Raphael Academy) who brings a strong defensive presence to the Prides backfield.

The Lions are led by Kara Webber (Marshfield, Mass. /Marshfield) who has nine goals on the season. The Lions Morgan Goodney (East Greenwich, RI) looks to assist the Lions goal scorers with her keen ability to find the open teammate. On defense the lions are led by goal keeper Lisa Clark (West Deptford, NJ. /West Deptford) who has stopped 28 shots on the season.

The game is set to start at 4:30 pm and will be played at the Regis College Athletic Fields.
