
COACH SANTA FE APPEARS ON HOOPSVILLE
Head Coach Angela Santa Fe of the Regis College women’s basketball was featured on Hoopsville, the only Division III basketball talk show, Sunday night.
WESTON, Mass. – Head Coach Angela Santa Fe of the Regis College women's basketball team was featured on Hoopsville, the only Division III basketball talk show, Sunday night.
Coach Santa Fe is in her third season at the helm and has directed the Pride women to a 65-14 overall record under her leadership. This past week, the Pride (20-3, 16-0 NECC), was named the 10th best team in the Northeast Region by the NCAA in its Regional Rankings and the squad locked up the #1 seed in the New England Collegiate Conference Tournament with a 69-61 victory over Elms College on Saturday.
Hoopsville is the only show dedicated to Division III basketball. The show first hit the air in November 2000 and has had a presence in Division III ever since. Dave McHugh is the creator and host of Hoopsville which broadcasts out of his studios in the Baltimore area. The studios are also used for The #WhyD3 Show and other production needs.
Hoopsville airs Thursday and Sunday nights starting in November and then through the end of the season. The show airs for at least two hours usually starting at 7:00 PM ET with archives of each show along with a podcast version.
