As a Sophomore:
Luquet has started all 39 games she's played this
season...She has had 124 at bats, 20 runs, 37
hits, 22 RBIs, 7 doubles, 5 triples, 2 stolen bases,
and 62 put outs. She currently has an on-base percentage
of .360, and a slugging percentage of .298.
As a Freshman:
Luquet started 34 games played, led the team in most plate
appearances with 108 as well as a 41 percent batting average, drove
in the most runs with 21, and led the team with hits with 44, she
had nine doubles, a triple, and four homeruns, she hit in 24 RBIs,
had a slugging percentage of 62 percent...had eight stolen bases,
and had an 86 percent fielding percentage. Was honored with the
TCCC Rookie of the Year honors. Was also the recipient of the
All-TCCC honorable mention team.
High School:
Luquet was a three sport athlete in Volleyball, Basketball, and
Softball. She was the recipient of the All-East Bay Times Team:
First team for softball, All BVAL First team for softball, All-BVAL
second team for basketball, and All-BVAL first team for volleyball.
She also received the most inspirational award all four years.
Personal:
Her hobbies include arts and crafts and post secret. Her life goal
is to go to the Olympics for the team handball. Luquet’s
favorite sports team are the US Women’s Handball Team, and
her favorite past time is hanging out with her family. Her quote is
“Enthusiasm is like a ripple in the water, it spreads”.
She has a brother Gared and is the daughter of Marianne and Dennis
Luquet. She is a Graphic Design major.
