Indoor: Set PRs in the 1000 (3:11.72), high jump (1.60m), and 3000 (11:54.4) throughout the season...At the GNAC Indoor Championships set a PR in the mile with a time of 5:26.91 for a seventh place finish.
Outdoor: Third Team All-GNAC (4x800m)...Set PR in the 800 (2:16.18) at the BSU Bears Invitational...Set PRs in the 5000 (20:22.35) and steeplechase (12:12.48) at the GNAC Outdoor Championships where he was also part of the 4x800 (8:58.64) third place relay team.
Prep:
Competed in cross country, track & field, and swimming at Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton, Mass. ... Received 2024 Golden Cardinal Award as Cardinal Spellman Athlete of the Year.
