Scott Kessler will begin his second season at the helm of the Regis College Men's Lacrosse program in the 2025-26 academic year.

Prior to Regis

From October 2022 to September 2024, he served as Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Lasell University. As the defensive coordinator, he developed and implemented defensive strategies tailored to team strengths. Under his leadership, the defense recorded the lowest goals against average (7.45) in GNAC play during the 2024 regular season.

Before coaching, he spent over 12 years as a human resources recruiting professional. He held roles with top organizations such as NBC Universal, Moderna Therapeutics, Bose Corporation, and Harvard University’s Kennedy School, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.

Playing Experience

As a student-athlete, he was a standout member of the University of Hartford men’s lacrosse team. He earned First Team All-America East honors in 2012 and helped lead the Hawks to the 2011 America East championship and NCAA Tournament appearance.
