Neal played in 23 games in the 09-10 campaign, 22 of
them as a starter...he scored a season-high 23 points on Roger
Williams(2/13/10).
As a sophomore:
All-TCCC second team (2008-2009)…Neal started 23
games …led the team in minutes played…as well as in
field goal percentage shooting 46 percent from the
field…shot 44 percent from behind the arc…shot 69
percent from the charity stripe…led the team with 5.2
rebounds per game…dished out 38 assist and led the team with
61 steals…Derrick led all scorers with 17.1 points per
game…on 14 occasions Neal had game-highs in points including
career-high 31 points against conference rival Endicott
College…on six occasions he led the team with rebounds
including three different time obtaining 10 rebounds against Elms
College, Worcester State College and Anna Maria.
As a freshman:
