WESTON, Mass. – Ashlyn DeRoche (North Reading, Mass.) has been voted as the New England Intercollegiate Swimming Association (NEISDA) Women’s Swimmer of the Week. 

At this past Saturday’s dual meet vs. Elms, DeRoche won the 50 breaststroke with a time of 37.54, the 100 free with a time of 1:00.13 and was a part of the winning 200 medley relay team with a breaststroke split of 38.12.

The Pride returns to the pool on Saturday, Jan. 27 for Senior Day hosting a trimatch vs. Bridgewater State and Husson. Prior to the competition, DeRoche and the Pride senior class will be honored with a special ceremony. Competition begins at 11:00 a.m. at Regis Pool.
