After a stellar collegiate career with the Pride, Morgan Pero remains with the Regis women's lacrosse program as a volunteer assistant coach.

After transferring from Rhode Island College, Pero appeared in 32 matches for the Pride during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. She scored 49 career goals and added 32 assists for 81 total points. Including 26 points (18 goals and eight assists) she tallied at Rhode Island College during the 2019 season, Pero finished with 107 career points, earning her 100th career collegiate point during the team's 16-11 victory over Lasell on Senior Day April 15, 2023. Pero also played field hockey for Regis College for two seasons, earning six goals and three assists in 29 career matches. 

Pero graduated from Regis College in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She is pursuing her master's degree in occupational therapy.
