Malcolm Earns First GNAC Weekly Honor, Tabbed Goalkeeper of the Week

WINTHROP, Mass. - Regis (Mass.) senior goalie Maresa Malcolm (Barrington, N.J.) earned her first Great Northeast Athletic Conference weekly honor, selected as this week's GNAC Women's Lacrosse Goalkeeper of the Week.

Malcolm stopped 16 of 22 shots for a .727 save percentage in a 2-0 week. She stood out with 11 saves in the Pride’s overtime win over Saint Joseph’s (Maine) on Tuesday before stopping all five shots in 30 minutes of work against Albertus Magnus on Saturday. She posted a 3.97 goals-against average for the week. 

The Pride are next in action Tuesday, Apr. 17 hosting Rivier at Regis Stadium. Start time is set for 7:00 p.m.
