WOMEN'S LACROSSE OPPONENTS ANNOUNCED

WESTON, Mass. – Second year Head Coach Courtney Duggan is proud to announce the 2015 game schedule for the Regis College Women's Lacrosse team. This season's schedule will feature eight home games and nine non-conference opponents. The Pride are looking to capture their third straight NECC Championship.

Returning for Regis is reigning New England College Conference Goalie of the Year, junior Emma Decker (Southborough, Mass.). Decker backstopped the Pride with 31 saves and a .525 save percentage, while allowing just 5.60 goals per game in conference play this season. Overall, Decker made 157 saves for a .530 save percentage and allowed just 8.22 goals against in 1,015:07 minutes played. She posted seven games of 10+ saves this year and made six stops in the NECC Championship game.

The Pride's first three games of the year are against non-conference opponents while two out of the three are on the road. On February 26th, Regis opens up the season at Rivier to take on the Raiders at 7:00 p.m. Two weeks later, the Crimson & Gold open up the month of March with an away game against Framingham State on the 10th at 4:30 p.m.

Two days later, the Pride begin a three-game home stand which includes their home opener against Johnson & Wales on the 12th at 5:00 p.m. After the date with the Wildcats, the Pride open NECC play against Southern Vermont on the 14th with game-time slated for 5:00 p.m. A few days later, Regis then welcomes Wellesley to campus for a non-conference matchup on the 18th at 5:00 p.m.

The Crimson & Gold wrap up the last week of March with two of three games on the road, on the 26th Regis ships up to Boston for a game against Emmanuel at 7:00 p.m., two days later the squad comes back to Regis Stadium for a matinee contest against Simmons on the 28th and the Pride end the month on the road by traveling to Becker for their second conference game of the season on the 31st at 4:00 p.m.

Regis welcomes the month of April with two straight out of conference matchups, the first is at Thomas on the 2nd at 4:00 p.m. and five days later on the 7th, the Pride welcome Salem State to campus for a game at 5:00 p.m.

Next, Regis plays two NECC matchups against Daniel Webster (April 9th, 5:00 p.m.) and at Bay Path (April 11th, 12:00 p.m.). The Pride play their last non-conference match of the season on the 15th when they travel to Maine to go up against Saint Joseph's at 7:00 p.m. After coming back from the road, the Pride host Mitchell (April 18th, 1:00 p.m.), travel out to western Massachusetts to play Elms (April 21st, 7:00 p.m.) and then the squad heads back to Weston for the season finale against Wheelock (April 25th, 4:00 p.m.).

The NECC Semifinal matchup will be held on April 29th and the Championship game will played three days later on May 2nd. The times for these matches are to be determined.
