CREVIER AND GRAVER SCORE IN PRIDE LOSS

Weston,Mass.—The Regis College women's lacrosse team was defeated by Gordon College Wednesday (Apr. 6) by the score of 17-3. The Pride moves to 2-8 overall on the season and are 0-6 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference. The visiting Scots improve to 7-5 overall on the season and are 5-2 in TCCC play.

The Pride was led by Teresa Crevier (Milford, Mass./Montrose ) and Lindsey Graver (Bellingham, Mass./Bellingham).  Crevier scored two goals for the Pride while Graver chipped in with one. The Prides defense was led by Alycia Murray (Danvers, Mass./Bishop Fenwick) who tallied 13 saves in 60 minutes played in goal.

The Scots were led by Anna Blomberg (Simsbury, Conn), Alana Woods (Medford, Mass), and Jordan Alexander (Portland, Maine) who each tallied three goals apiece.  Alexander also tallied a team high in ground balls on the game. Lisa Richardson (Reading, Mass.) helped out the Scots offense by tallying a team high of three assists in the game. The Scots defense was led by Danielle Maguire (Braintree, Mass.) who started in next for the Scots. Maguire had 10 saves on the game.

The Pride's next matchup is Saturday (Apr. 9) against Curry College.
