Nikki Panciocco has been Head Field Hockey and Softball Coach since 2013.

2017 saw Panciocco guide Regis to its most league wins (13-5) and best regular season finish (3rd) in program history. Regis would win its opening round game of the NECC Tournament but fall one round later.

In 2014, Panciocco guided the Pride softball team to a remarkable finish. They reached their first-ever third round NECC Playoff appearance. Losing in a double elimination series, the Pride ended with an 8-10 overall conference record. The 2016 saw the team finally break through, posting its first winning record in the history of the program at 17-14 and 7-11 in the NECC and finshing in the final round of the NECC Tournament.

On the field hockey end, during the 2014 season, Panciocco guided the Pride to their first NCAA Tournament appearance and second NECC Championship Title with an overall record of 5-14. The program placed six on All-Conference teams and received three ECAC weekly honors.

In her first season at the helm of the field hockey program in 2013, Panciocco led the Pride to an 8-11 mark and a NECC Championship appearance. The Pride had four All-Conference performers as well as received the NECC Team Sportsmanship Award. 2015 saw Panciocco take the program to new heights with its first-ever overall winning record at 10-9.

Prior to Regis, Panciocco spent a year as the Interim/assistant coach for Wheaton College Field Hockey; as well as Head Coach for the U19 and U16 Cape Ann Coalition Field Hockey Teams. At Wheaton, Panciocco was the recruiting coordinator, assisted with practice planning and execution, and worked with the budget.

Panciocco, a 2012 University of Massachusetts- Amherst graduate, was a four year starter and Captain her senior season. She played in 84 games from 2008-2011; amassing 19-career points on 3 goals and 13 assists. She was named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team & A-10 First-team All-Conference. Panciocco led the Minutewomen to two Atlantic 10 Championships and NCAA Tournament appearances.

She played her high school field hockey and softball at Walpole High School. She was named to the All-Scholastic Team for the Boston Herald, Boston Globe, and Daily Transcript. She was also a 2006 National field hockey Gold medalist, and two-time Massachusetts State Field Hockey Champion.
