Jonathan Ladino joins the Regis (Mass.) softball staff as an assistant coach for his first season in the spring of 2017. Ladino will specialize in hitting and infield for the Pride.

Ladino comes to Weston after spending the last two season's as an assistant coach for NECC rival Becker College, where he led the Hawks to a conference title in 2016 and the college's first ever NCAA Tournament appearance. Ladino also served as the assistant sports information director and a First Year Experience instructor in his time at Becker. While working at Becker, Ladino also coached a pair of U-18 softball teams, which included coaching along side Ralph Raymond, the head coach of the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Gold Medal-winning United States national team.

Prior to Becker, Ladino served as the assistant coach for both women's volleyball and softball at Babson College in Wellesley, Mass.

Ladino earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from Merrimack College in 2012, and earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Student Administration from Salem State University in 2014.

In addition to coaching the Pride softball team, Ladino serves as a Title III Academic Coach at Regis.
