WESTON, Mass. – Regis (Mass.) men's swimmer Josh Unas (Santa Clarita, Calif.) and women's diver Elisabeth McQuaid (Marlborough, Mass.) have been named this week's New England Intercollegiate Swimming & Diving Association (NEISDA) weekly swimming and diving honorees. Both athletes competed this past weekend in a trimatch with Colby-Sawyer and host Simmons College.

Unas finished first in the 50-yard breaststroke with a time of 30 seconds flat before winning the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:05.01. He also swam the breaststroke leg to help his 200 medley relay team to a top finish.

McQuiad was voted diver of the week for the fourth time this season after a solid showing on Saturday. She finished first in the 1-meter dive with a score of 231.25, and second in the 3-meter with 199.25 points.

Both Unas and McQuaid return to the pool Saturday, Jan. 20 when the Pride competes in a dual match at Elms College.
