WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY PICKED FOR THRID PLACE FINISH

WESTON, Mass. – The Regis College women's cross country team was selected to finish third in the New England Collegiate Conference according to the 2015 NECC Women's Cross Country Coaches Poll. The Pride received 65 points and three first place votes in a poll conducted by league head coaches.

The Pride are looking to improve from last year after placing third in the conference. Regis is returning the majority of their team last year and is welcoming 12 newcomers to the squad.

Rounding out the preseason polls was Lesley who received five first place votes, Elms who received one first place vote, Southern Vermont, Mitchell, Newbury, Wheelock, Bay Path and Daniel Webster.
