Women’s Tennis Loses to GNAC Leading Chargers

NEW LONDON, N.H. - Regis College lost to Colby-Sawyer College, 7-2, Wednesday afternoon in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women's tennis match at the Kelsey Tennis Courts.

The Pride picked up a point in doubles when Stephanie Beatrice (Rockland, Mass.) and Kiana Thompson (Boynton Beach, Fla.) battled to an 8-6 victory over Grace Carpenter and Elise Hogan in the number one position. The other Regis point came at number two singles when Harmony Lopez's (Carlsbad, N.M.) opponent retired after the first set.
